Shipping policy

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship plants to Arizona, California, or Louisiana due to agricultural regulations. Certain plants cannot be shipped to Texas; please check the individual plant listing for restrictions.

Shipping Schedule: Orders are typically shipped on Mondays to minimize transit time and help ensure healthy plant delivery. Orders placed after the Monday 8:00 AM shipping cutoff may be held until the following Monday. 

If Monday is a shipping holiday, orders may ship on Tuesday instead.

Cold Weather Notice: Tropical plants do not tolerate temperatures below 45 °F.
If temperatures in your area are expected to drop below 45 °F, please purchase our Heat Pack – Shipping Insurance to protect your order during transit.
This optional add-on helps ensure your plant arrives healthy and safe through colder months.
